ACCUMULATION COMPUTING DEVICE USING PLASTIC SYNAPSE ELEMENTS AND METHOD THEREOF

An accumulation computing device according to one embodiment comprises: a plurality of electrodes arranged in an array structure; and a plurality of plastic synapse elements which are symmetrically connected to at least one electrode among the plurality of electrodes, are connected to a plastic synapse element of another electrode through a node, and have impedance varying on the basis of at least one of enabling or disabling of an input signal to the at least one electrode, wherein an impedance of at least one of the plurality of plastic synapse elements changes, in response to the input signal being enabled to the at least one electrode, from a first impedance magnitude to a second impedance magnitude based on the enabled input signal, and can non-linearly decay from the second impedance magnitude toward the first impedance magnitude in response to the input signal being disabled.
