Yeast in-situ immobilized nanometer zero-valent ferromagnetic material as well as preparation method and application thereof

The invention relates to a yeast in-situ immobilized nanometer zero-valent ferromagnetic material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The novel yeast in-situ immobilized nano zero-valent ferromagnetic material is prepared through in-situ immobilization by taking yeast cells as a carrier, and the material has the advantages of high dispersity, high catalytic performance and easiness in recovery. When a certain amount of the material and peroxymonosulfate (PMS) are added into sewage, the magnetic material can well activate the PMS to generate free sulfate radicals, and refractory organics in the water can be continuously and effectively degraded. Through tests, the material disclosed by the invention can degrade 93.6% of TCH (Trichoderma) within 3 minutes. In addition, the material can degrade other pollutants and has certain general applicability. Tests show that the material can degrade 98.9% of malachite green (MG), 99.2% of methylene blue (MB) and 99.2% of rhodamine B (RhB) within 3 minutes, so that the material has the potential of mixed sewage treatment application.
