CONTINUOUS FEEDING MECHANISM FOR ROTATING ELECTRODE ATOMIZATION POWDER PREPARATION, POWDER PREPARATION DEVICE, AND POWDER PREPARATION METHOD
A continuous feeding mechanism for rotating electrode atomization powder preparation, a powder preparation device, and a powder preparation method. The continuous feeding mechanism comprises: an electrode transmission chamber (10), a discharge port of the electrode transmission chamber (10) being connected to an atomization chamber (101), carrier rollers (12) for supporting an electrode bar material (100) being provided in the electrode transmission chamber (10), so that the axis of the electrode bar material (100) is aligned with the discharge port, and the carrier rollers (12) being configured to drive the electrode bar material (100) to rotate; and a material pushing component (30), provided in the electrode transmission chamber (10) and used for moving the electrode bar material (100) on the carrier rollers (12) from a first position to a second position along the axis of the electrode bar material (100). A gate valve (60) is provided between a transition material bin (50) and the electrode transmission chamber (10); when the gate valve (60) is opened, the transition material bin (50) is communicated with the electrode transmission chamber (10), and the electrode bar material (100) in the transition material bin (50) can be transmitted to the electrode transmission chamber (10); and after the gate valve (60) is closed, the transition material bin (50) can be communicated with the atmosphere, thereby achieving feeding and not interfering with a protective atmosphere environment of the electrode transmission chamber (10).
