PLASTIC SLEEVE PLACEMENT BARREL PLACEMENT MECHANISM HAVING AUTOMATIC DETECTION DEVICE

Disclosed in the present invention is a plastic sleeve placement barrel placement mechanism having an automatic detection device, comprising a machine frame. A placement through hole is provided at the middle of a top plate of the machine frame; a wear-resistant sleeve is inserted and sleeved in the placement through hole; the outer side wall of the wear-resistant sleeve is fixed to the inner side wall of the placement through hole; a placement barrel is inserted and sleeved in the wear-resistant sleeve; a feeding plate is provided below the top plate of the machine frame; the feeding plate is fixed to side plates of both sides of the machine frame; a lifting cylinder is fixed to the bottom surface of the feeding plate; a push rod of the lifting cylinder penetrates through the feeding plate, and a lifting plate is fixed to the push rod of the lifting cylinder; the lifting plate presses against the bottom surface of the placement barrel; arc-shaped extension walls extending upward are provided on edge top surfaces of the rear portion and both sides of the lifting plate; the lower outer side wall of the placement barrel presses against the arc-shaped extension walls; and a connection plate is fixed to the rear top surface of the feeding plate. The plastic sleeve placement barrel placement mechanism can automatically place, fix, and move away the placement barrel and is quite convenient and high in automation degree.
