INTERMEDIATE BULK CONTAINER
The invention comprises a mobile system for wet screening of oilwell proppant at the wellsite to provide a controlled and controllable amount of properly sized and screened proppant and fluid to a frac fluid blending system. The system includes a trailer to be towed on roadways to the wellsite with a inclined rail system. A wet screening component engages with the trailer rail system further comprising a proppant screening assembly, a proppant feedbox through which proppant can be received to create a slurry, a fluid spray system, and a frac slurry collection bin. The wet screening component moves along the rails to an operating position establishing a predetermined height of the the bin outlet. The frac slurry further passes from the collection bin to a frac fluid blending system.
