PLASTIC HEAT-INSULATING SOIL COVERING

The invention relates to a plastic heat-insulating covering used in greenhouses or low shelters. It is composed of two plastic sheets (1A, 1B) united via heat-sealed seams of varying designs, dimensions and directions so that the air gap formed by the sewing of the aforementioned sheets can serve as an indispensable heat-insulating stratum of air. Consequently, the plastic covering in question acts as a heat-insulating system for the space to be covered, and protects the covered cultivation, in combination with other pathetic heating systems (absorbers, reflectors of the soil thermal radiation), from low temperature or frost.
