MULTI-NOZZLE COMMON-POINT PRINTING SYSTEM
A multi-nozzle common-point printing system, comprising extrusion type nozzle assemblies, a triaxial translation mechanism, and an object stage. Each nozzle assembly comprises a nozzle, a storage barrel, and a temperature control module; the triaxial translation mechanism comprises an X-axis translation unit, a Y-axis translation unit, and a Z-axis translation unit; the nozzle assemblies are mounted on the Z-axis translation unit; there are the plurality of nozzle assemblies; the printing system comprises a common-point calibration sensor, and the common-point calibration sensor serves as the origin of a coordinate system of the printing system. The multi-nozzle common-point printing system in the present invention has the advantages that the plurality of nozzle assemblies can work coordinately or sequentially, the printing mode is flexible and variable, and non-uniform mixed system forming of materials can be achieved; a pre-printing region is arranged to clean nozzle tips of the nozzle assemblies, and stable output of the materials in a formal printing task is guaranteed; peripheral type surrounding temperature control and bottom vacuum absorption clamping are adopted for a printing device, so that the quality of a formed living body is effectively guaranteed, and the survival rate of living organisms is increased.
