PAPER CONTAINER WITH UNFOAMED LAYER

Disclosed is a paper container (1) with an unfoamed layer, the paper container comprising a body (2), a heat insulating layer (3) and multiple fillers (4). The body (2) comprises a bottom plate (21) and a trunk portion (22), wherein the bottom plate (21) and the trunk portion (22) enclose an accommodation space (23) and an opening (24) in communication with the accommodation space (23). The body (2) at least comprises a paper layer (25). The heat insulating layer (3) is at least partially printed at an outer periphery of the truck portion (22) by means of a screen, and the heat insulating layer (3) at least comprises an unfoamed layer (31), wherein the unfoamed layer (31) comprises an aqueous acrylic-based resin part, foam powder and an aqueous additive part, wherein the aqueous acrylic-based resin part, the foam powder and the aqueous additive part are uniformly mixed and integrally form a substrate (32); and the unfoamed layer (31) has a foam temperature that is between 80 degrees centigrade and 100 degrees centigrade. The fillers (4) are uniformly distributed and filled in the substrate (32).
