PREPARATION METHOD FOR MOLDING WINDSHIELD WIPER RUBBER STRIP HAVING SILICONE COATING
A preparation method for molding a windshield wiper rubber strip having a silicone coating comprises the following steps: formulating a rubber material by rolling and mixing a high tear resistant silicone, a fluorosilicone, a weather silicone, a rubber compound and a vulcanizing agent to produce a mixed rubber material; spraying a coating on an inner wall of a mold, adding the mixed rubber material to the mold, and closing the mold for 5-10 minutes at 150-180 degrees Celsius to produce a finished product. The coating comprises 50-70 parts by weight of a liquid silicone grease, 10-30 parts by weight of a filling material and 0.1-5 parts by weight of a platinum curing agent, the filling material being molybdenum disulfide, graphite or graphene. The prepared rubber strip can form a non-oily nano water repellent coating layer on a glass surface.
