PREPARATION METHOD FOR AND APPLICATION OF INJECTABLE HYDROGEL
Disclosed are polysaccharide hydrogel having an oriented lamellar structure and preparation method therefor. The method comprises the steps of: (1) pre-crosslinking polysaccharide and a crosslinking agent to obtain a pre-crosslinked system; (2) further crosslinking the pre-crosslinked system in an alkali solution to obtain a crosslinked system; (3) mixing the crosslinked system with an organic solvent to obtain a precipitate or freeze-drying the crosslinked system to obtain a freeze-dried product; and (4) dissolving the precipitate or the freeze-dried product in a buffer solution to obtain hydrogel. In addition, the present invention also provides some medical applications of such hydrogel, especially as a viscosupplement for an articular cavity.
