METHOD FOR PREPARING ANTHRAQUINONE-FUNCTIONALIZED POLY(VINYLIDENE FLUORIDE) MEMBRANE
Provided is a method for preparing an anthraquinone-functionalized poly(vinylidene fluoride) ultrafiltration membrane, comprising: (1) synthesizing 2-(1-hydroxy-3-butenyl)-1,4,5,8-tetramethoxynaphthalene; (2) synthesizing a poly(vinylidene fluoride)-aromatic ether copolymer by an atom radical polymerization method with poly(vinylidene fluoride) as an initiating agent, 2-(1-hydroxy-3-butenyl)-1,4,5,8-tetramethoxynaphthalene as a monomer, N,N-dimethylformamide as a solvent and cuprous chloride/Me6TREN as a catalytic system; (3) reducing the poly(vinylidene fluoride)-aromatic ether copolymer into a quinone by an oxidative demethylation method; and (4) formulating the polymer from step (3) in N,N-dimethylformamide to obtain a casting solution, and spreading the solution to form a membrane.
