PROCESS FOR MANUFACTURING BOTTOM PLATE OF HIGH-SPEED RAIL EQUIPMENT CABIN USING COMPOSITE MATERIAL

Provided is a process for manufacturing a bottom plate of a high-speed rail equipment cabin using a composite material; the material for manufacturing a bottom plate of a high-speed rail equipment cabin using a composite material comprises: aramid honeycomb, PET foam, 3K carbon fiber flame-retardant prepreg, unidirectional carbon-fiber flame-retardant, glass-fiber flame-retardant prepreg, aramid honeycomb flame-retardant prepreg, and 300 g/m² unit single-component medium-temperature cured blue-epoxy film adhesive; the process for manufacturing the bottom plate of the high-speed rail equipment cabin using the composite material comprises the following steps: manufacturing a bottom-plate main plate (1), a bottom plate pull handle (2), and two bottom-plate sliders (3); during installation, the bottom plate pull handle (2) is snapped to one side of the bottom-plate main plate and the two bottom-plate sliders (3) are snapped onto the two sides opposite each other of the other three sides of the bottom-plate main plate (1). The layup design is such that the bottom plate has very high strength at all angles, and the added aramid design provides strong impact performance; the thermoforming process causes the resin content to be very low, significantly reducing the weight of the bottom-plate main plate; the appearance and design are aesthetically pleasing, performance is very good, and weight is reduced by 35-40% in comparison with aluminum alloy.
