TRIAZINE-BASED HIGHLY-EFFECTIVE INTUMESCENT FLAME RETARDANT AND INTUMESCENT FLAME RETARDANT POLYPROPYLENE
A triazine-based highly-effective intumescent flame retardant and intumescent flame retardant polypropylene, relating to a method for studying a triazine-based highly-effective intumescent flame retardant and intumescent flame retardant polypropylene. The present invention solves problems of poor compatibility between an inorganic flame retardant and a polymer, being environmental unfriendly, and low flame retardant efficiency. The triazine-based highly-effective intumescent flame retardant consists of a triazine-based char-forming foaming agent, ammonium polyphosphate, and a halogen-free flame retardant synergist; a polypropylene thin film is made of polypropylene, the triazine-based highly-effective intumescent flame retardant, a processing aid and/or an anti-dripping agent. The present invention improves compatibility between a triazine-based char-forming foaming agent and a non-polar polymer, so that excellent flame retardant performance is imparted, a good mechanical property is maintained, and the amount of smoke generated during combustion is small and the smoke is low toxic and environmental friendly.
