PRODUCTION LINE FOR FILTERING AND PELLETIZING RECYCLED RUBBER

A production line for filtering and pelletizing recycled rubber, comprising: a recycled rubber screw extruder and mixer device (1), a recycled rubber filter and extruder device (2), a cooling water tank (3), a pelletizer apparatus (4), a centrifugal dryer (5), a negative pressure transportation channel (6), a storage bin (10), a blowing fan (8), and an automatic weighing and packaging apparatuses (12, 13). The recycled rubber filter and extruder device (2) is configured to refine and filter the recycled rubber, and the pelletizer apparatus (4) is configured to pelletize the extruded recycled rubber strips. With subsequent drying and packaging, a complete automatic operation is achieved.
