How to earn a GUF gold or a GUF silver label?

The Life Future project has developed two quality seals to identify the commitment level of users, the GUF GOLD and GUF SILVER labels.
The “GUF gold” quality label is geared towards institutions that wish to show a high level of commitment. In addition to complying with all the mandatory Specifications criteria, the environmental impact of products is assessed using also the voluntary “Awards” criteria. The GUF Gold is thus facilitating the final decision and choice of the most sustainable product.

On the other hand, the “GUF silver” quality label is associated with a much simpler procurement process. Only the mandatory criteria “Specifications” are required which therefore lower the level of demand.
