FORMALDEHYDE-FREE STONE PLASTIC COMPOSITE BOARD FORMED BY HOT-PRESS FORMING
A formaldehyde-free stone plastic composite board formed by hot-press forming comprises: a PVC material composite facing layer (1) serving as a facing layer; a stone plastic material layer (2) serving as a core layer; and a PVC material backing layer (3) serving as a backing layer. The PVC material composite facing layer, the stone plastic material layer and the PVC material backing layer are sequentially disposed, and hot press forming is performed thereon to form a board main body. The PVC material composite facing layer is formed by combining a PVC sheet, a PVC decoration material and a wear layer. A UV coating is applied to a surface side of the wear layer. The stone plastic material layer is formed by performing extrusion forming on a mixture of a resin powder, a calcium powder and a stabilizing agent.
