AIMPLAS: excellence in plastics

AIMPLAS is a Plastics Technology Centre located in Spain with more than 25 years of experience in offering solutions to companies of the plastics industry, including manufacturers of raw materials, processors and end users.
AIMPLAS services comprises the development of integral and customised solutions by coordinating and developing R&D&i projects, technical assistance, analysis and testing, competitive intelligence and training.
More than 2,000 enterprises already rely on AIMPLAS and in its more than 125 highly qualified professionals and experts.
AIMPLAS has an infrastructure of over 9,000 m2 with the cutting-edge technical resources to address technical analysis and testing as well as the execution of R&D&i projects related to plastics: more than 20 pilot plants with different transformation processes of plastic materials as well as internationally accredited laboratories, that comply with the requirements of the ISO 17025 standard.
In addition, AIMPLAS is a Notified Body by the Ministry of Industry (N0 1842) for CE marking of gas tanks, purification plants and septic tanks (Regulation UE No 305/2011).
