DEVICE FOR LOCKING IN FRESHNESS OF AND STORING PRE-PREPARED DISHES AND PROCESS THEREOF
The present invention relates to the field of pre-prepared dish storage. Disclosed are a device for locking in freshness of and storing pre-prepared dishes and a process thereof, said device comprising a storage cabinet, four fixing plates, multiple fresh keeper bins, and two sliding doors. A positioning slot is provided on one side of each fresh keeper bin, and multiple ventilation holes are formed as penetrating through one side of each fresh keeper bin. Multiple air storage tubes are fixedly mounted on an inner wall of the storage cabinet. Multiple through holes are formed as penetrating through an outer wall of each air storage tube, and a piston rod is provided on an inner wall of each air storage tube. Three partition plates are slidably connected on top of a fixing plate. According to the present invention, by means of temporarily storing some cold air at the fresh keeper bins, loss of cold air is effectively reduced, which can help keep the temperature in the fresh keeper bins stable, prolong the fresh keeping periods of the remaining ingredients in the fresh keeper bins, and also reduce the workload of a refrigeration device in the storage cabinet, thus saving energy and reducing energy consumption.
