DEVICE FOR ELIMINATING ABNORMAL SOUND GENERATED FROM ROTATION FOR BENCH DRILL

A device for eliminating an abnormal sound generated from rotation for a bench drill comprises a main shaft (1) and a spline sleeve (2) of a bench drill. The spline sleeve (2) is sleeved onto the main shaft (1). A plastic member (3) is inserted into the spline sleeve (2). Both the plastic member (3) and the spline sleeve (2) are processed to have spline structures. When the bench drill is operating, the plastic member (3) positioned between the spline sleeve (2) and the main shaft (1) elastically deforms, such that the plastic member (3) contacts the main shaft (1) first to perform torque transmission, thereby preventing a transmission strength of the entire machine from being affected while eliminating an abnormal sound generated from rotation for a bench drill.
