HOLDER SEPARATING MACHINE FOR SEPARATING PLASTIC HOLDERS HOLDING PACKAGE BOTTLES

A holder separating machine for separating machine plastic holders holding package bottles comprises a suction-and-blowing separation mechanism, holding and clamping mechanisms, and a discharging mechanism, wherein the suction-and-blowing separation mechanism is mounted on the front side of a material outlet of a feed bin (21); the holding and clamping mechanisms are mounted inside two channels (22) in the feed bin (21), one holding and clamping mechanism is arranged on each of the two sides of each channel (22); the discharging mechanism is arranged below the suction-and-blowing separation mechanism and consists of an tilted conveyor belt (8), the upper end of the tilted conveyor belt (8) is connected to the material outlet of the feed bin (21), and the lower end of the tilted conveyor belt (8) is mounted on a support; and an online detection electric eye (9) is mounted at the material outlet of the tilted conveyor belt (8). The holder separating machine uses a feed bin having two channels, which greatly improves work efficiency. The cooperation between the suction-and-blowing separation mechanism and the holding and clamping mechanisms enables the quick separation of material holders. Tilted arrangement of the tilted conveyor belt further facilitates the rapid insertion of the material holders into a delivery line of equipment to form an integrated whole with the overall unit. The holder separating machine has the advantages of accurate separation and high efficiency.
