TRAIN BULK CARGO LOADING SYSTEM HAVING DISCONNECTED RAILROAD TRACK MEASUREMENT SCALE
A train bulk cargo loading system having a disconnected railroad track measurement scale, comprising a disconnected railroad track measurement scale (1), a tractor (2), a lifting scraping plow (4), a controllable vibration charging hopper (6), a surge bin (8), a belt conveyor (9) and a control terminal (7). The disconnected railroad track measurement scale (1) is mounted on a side track line below a loading building; the controllable vibration charging hopper (6) is mounted below the surge bin (8), and a discharge opening is aligned with a cargo train (3); the lifting scraping plow (4) is used for performing leveling on the cargo loaded onto the cargo train (3); and the control terminal (7) controls uniform loading and transmits data to a backend for sharing. The train bulk cargo loading system having a disconnected railroad track measurement scale has a low total height and takes up less square footage, thus lowering the construction and production costs. The system integrates loading, storage, metering and data sharing, featuring uniform loading, balanced train wheel pressure, and accurate metering. Intensive waste in labor and resources, which is caused by uneven loading, large wheel pressure deviation and secondary metering, may be mitigated, thus significantly reducing the construction costs and operation costs.
